Every year the Christmas rush seems to come
earlier, and this year is no different. We hope you all have
a successful and profitable pre-Xmas season. A few updates
for you:-
Christmas Lead Times: Lead times are now 15 working days, this
is likely to stretch out to 20 working days as the rush gets
fully under way.
Xmas closures and cut off dates: The last date for orders for guaranteed delivery
pre-Xmas will be Friday 29th November. Going on recent
years there is likely to be some leeway after this date, but if
you want to be safe, work to 29th November.
Christmas Closure: Vanda Victoria will be closing 12.00pm
on Friday, 20th December 2019, and reopening Monday,
January 13th 2020
Powder Coating: As many of you know we can powder coat
specific colours to order to suit your client’s
requirements. Recently we had an unexpected change of
Powder Coating supplier and as a consequence we have had to
increase the charge for this service. The surcharge for new
orders is now 15% (per order per colour) and the minimum charge
per order is now $150.00.
We can powder coat to order in most
Dulux or Jotun Powder Coat colours however please check with us
first regarding colour availability. Powder coat colours differ
from the Wet Paint colour chart options.
Web site: This has been updated and includes
dimensional diagrams for all brackets and finials. The new
web page includes the increasingly popular Flush Fit Recessed
Track. www.vandavictoria.com.au.
Brochure: A new brochure will be printed in the
next few weeks, again this will include all the latest products
including Boldtrak 25, Flush Fit Recessed track and the wave fold
option. If you require a copy please contact us at sales@vandavictoria.com.au Please indicate if you want a hard copy
(and how many) or an electronic copy, or both.
Order Form: This has been updated to reflect the changing
range and includes options for Flick Sticks, wave and S-Fold tape
quantities – for a copy, follow this link.
Bracket Dimensions: To make it easier to calculate drops, a
dedicated bracket booklet containing all bracket dimensions
is now available on our website and from this link.
Continuous Curves: For large curves (not bends) requiring
two sections of rod to be roll formed, two charges
will apply i.e. 2 x $185
